Our interview process takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. We are committed to respecting every person’s time and ensuring we give every candidate a fair timeline for their discovery and to arrive at a decision. In cases where we go outside of this timeline, we communicate that to the candidate with transparency.
Our interviews are set up to be tough, but fair. We never want you to walk in blind or feeling underprepared. At each stage your Recruiter will provide you with an overview of the upcoming interview, share potential topics, and ensure you feel well informed going into these discussions.
Continuous improvement is not only imperative to our open source DNA, but ensuring that our process enables us to hire the best-in-class. You may receive surveys throughout your interviews and we encourage everyone to provide honest feedback on ways we can improve.
